I thought I\u2019d find the courage somehow to finally open my heart to you. But I never did. I kept waiting for the right time, for the right moment, for the courage to say, \u201cMa\u2019am, can I talk to you?\u201d And now you&#8217;ve left the school, and that moment has passed. Perhaps the saddest thing I\u2019ve realised is that I should have spoken while I had the chance. Because you were not just a teacher to me. You were a beautiful soul I felt I could trust before I even truly knew you. I wish I had told you how much your presence meant to me. I wish I had spoken the words I kept carrying silently. But even if I never got to say them, please know this\u2014 you will always have a soft corner in my heart.
