He is a Nautical Science graduate from T S Chanakya (Maritime Academy) Mumbai University with President’s Gold Medal ( Runners up),Holds a P G Diploma in HR & General Management from IGNOU, P G Diploma in Ship Management from NMIMS, He is a Lead Auditor of ISO Standard on Quality Management System, An Independent Consultant for Safety, Security, ISM, ISO, Pollution Prevention Inspections, Audits and Trainings onboard ships.

He has been mentoring and grooming cadets from Marine industry and youth from different walks of life. He has successfully conducted webinars and Seminars for the students in India as well as abroad which has been attended by more than 2000 people.

He is well known in the marine industry as a knowledgeable, well dressed and a courteous personality. His urge to do something extraordinary for the youth and the nation keeps him motivated to do more. He keeps adding to his existing knowledge by learning and gaining more in different fields of his interest. His aptitude for knowledge makes him stand out of the crowd .
