Namrata Noelle is a unique blessed human. She is born with counseling abilities having an extra special connect with the Youth and Children.
Namrata is a science Graduate with Zoology Honours, holds a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology, and has an aptitude for Medical Cure too. She is married to a Captain from the Merchant Marine, and is a mother of two loving Angels. Namrata has had the good fortune of travelling across the world on Merchant Ships. She has taught in schools and to individuals also. She has successfully organized events attended by over 500 people. She is a sought after personality in the Marine Fraternity too due to her humane skills.
She had been successfully counselling the youngsters around in the neighbourhood, for friends and for family when she herself was a teenager, generally informally. Namrata has an aptitude for connecting with the youth and the young. It comes naturally to her.
Namrata added to her natural God gifted abilities by way of learning NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Techniques, DMIT (Derma… Intelligence Test) Techniques, Signature and Handwriting Analysis Techniques. Now she not only makes an immediate connect with the youngsters and the grown-ups, but is able to guide them more scientifically, where they are causing their own downfall. For the young she uses these Techniques to help them identify the most suitable career.
In the past 10 years, since she started practicing the art of counseling more formally, she has changed the lives of more than 150 youngsters till date, which includes children with special needs, youth of foreign origin, children with serious speech disorders, Adults with depression issues, Elders with lonliness disorders, Adults having barriers in life success, Adolescents with low confidence, etc. She has the unique achievement of mentoring 18 Marine Cadets who were later successfully joined the shipping career and are now Senior officers.
Counselling is a scientific art, which requires the right frequency to connect with another person and bring them out of their negative shell, give them the positive life and guide them to a happy and successful life. It is not quite tangible, at least not immediately. But the effect is priceless. Every person lives in “Pursuit of Happiness” but keep struggling entire life because they are unable to find the key. A good counsellor helps you find the key and use it correctly.
Fortunately, today we live in the era where counselling can be done remotely using online medium. This has helped in providing services to people at distant locations not only in India but across the world.
